SECTION 603 C.5.c. – Modify first sentence to read “...however, no modification or
replacement shall be made to a non-conforming fixture unless the fixture
thereafter conforms to the provisions of this Ordinance, except that
identical lamp replacement is allowed (no mercury vapor lamp/fixture can
be replaced or be found legal non-conforming).”
