SECTION 124 Add Section 124, Citizen Participation – Appendix I, to the County Zoning
Ordinance in conformance with the Growing Smarter Plus legislation.
SECTION 108 J. - Add item no. 4 to read: “Application for a Use Permit must comply
with the Citizen Participation requirements as set out in Appendix I of this
Zoning Ordinance.”
SECTION 114 B. - Amend language as follows: “An application for a change in the
regulations which requires a public hearing shall include a Citizen
Participation plan as set out in Appendix I of this Zoning Ordinance.”

buildings and multi-family residential structures greater than a duplex).
