(2) Area: All of Township 16 North, Range 5 East; Township 17 North, Range 5 East; and Township 18 North, Range 5 East; Sections 1, 12, 13, 24, 25, and 36, Township 18 North, Range 4 East; and Portions of Township 16 North, Range 6 East, and Township 16 North, Range 7 East situated to the northwest of a line running parallel to and 400 feet northwest of the northwest right-of-way line of Interstate 17; Excepting therefrom, any incorporated lands not included by intergovernmental agreement, reservation lands, and any areas affected by pre-existing address systems that are recognized by the Addressing Official. 6.
